Dr. Iwona Lazarz is Board Certified in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. She manages and treats a wide range of ocular conditions and is experienced with various forms of myopia control for the pediatric population, including orthokeratology. Dr. Lazarz is a native of Chicago, and fluent in Polish.
Dr. Lazarz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry. She graduated summa cum laude and was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Lazarz completed several externships focused on both pediatric and geriatric care and has received training in the treatment of binocular vision disorders.
In her free time, Dr. Lazarz enjoys working out, watching sports, and traveling with her husband.
